Delete your account

LeadFlow Pro is operated by ADISH ESO LTD. You can permanently delete your account and its data at any time.

Deletion is permanent. Export your leads, jobs, customers, quotes, invoices and attachments before you start. Deleted data cannot be recovered.

Delete from the app

Open LeadFlow Pro and sign in.
Go to Settings.
Open Account.
Tap Delete Account.
Confirm. The account is disabled immediately.

Delete by email

Send a request from the email address registered on the account to support@leadflowproapp.com. We verify ownership of the address before acting on the request.

What gets deleted

Business profile, branding and settings
Leads, jobs, customers, scheduled visits and notes
Quotes, invoices and payment records held in the app
Photos, PDFs and other attachments
Team member records and time entries
Stored technician location record and route data
Push notification tokens and device records

Timeline

The account is disabled immediately and data is removed from active production systems within 30 days. Limited billing and tax records relating to our own subscription charges may be retained where law requires, and some data may persist with providers under their own retention policies. Subscriptions

Deleting the account does not cancel a store-managed subscription. Cancel it in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings, or from the Billing page for Stripe subscriptions.
