Service Description
Lead Flow Pro is a cloud-based lead management and CRM platform designed for contractors and service businesses. The service includes lead tracking, quote and invoice generation, payment recording, provider management, and AI-powered lead parsing.
Subscription Terms
- New accounts start with a 14-day free trial with full feature access
- After the trial, a paid subscription (Basic or Pro) is required to continue using the service
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly through Stripe (web), Apple In-App Purchase (iOS), or Google Play Billing (Android)
- Prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change with 30 days notice
Auto-Renewable Subscriptions (Apple In-App Purchase)
When purchased through the iOS app, subscriptions are auto-renewable and managed by Apple:
- Basic Monthly — $39.00/month, renews every month
- Basic Yearly — $375.00/year, renews every year
- Pro Monthly — $69.00/month, renews every month
- Pro Yearly — $659.00/year, renews every year
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price
- You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase
- Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription
Auto-Renewable Subscriptions (Google Play Billing)
When purchased through the Android app, subscriptions are auto-renewable and managed by Google Play:
- Basic Monthly — $39.00/month, renews every month
- Basic Yearly — $375.00/year, renews every year
- Pro Monthly — $69.00/month, renews every month
- Pro Yearly — $659.00/year, renews every year
- Payment is charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- You can manage and cancel your subscriptions at any time in Play Store → Account → Subscriptions
- Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription
Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page or your App Store account settings
- Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period
- No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period
- After cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days to allow reactivation
Data Retention
Your data remains accessible for the duration of your subscription. After account cancellation or deletion, we retain your data for 30 days as a grace period. After 30 days, all data is permanently and irreversibly deleted from our systems. We recommend exporting your data before canceling your account.
Acceptable Use
- You must provide accurate information when creating your account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You may not use the service for illegal activities
- You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit the service
- We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms
Limitation of Liability
Lead Flow Pro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not responsible for data loss resulting from factors outside our reasonable control.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
